Join us on Wednesday November 5 at 7pm for a Sassquad Ask Us Anything (AMA) Live Stream! We’ll be answering your questions about upcoming races, trail running tips, community events, and all things Squatchy. Whether you’re a first-time participant or a long-time Squatcher, we’d love to connect, laugh, and chat about the trails that bring us together. We’ll live stream on the Sassquad YouTube Channel and the recording will be available afterward. Please pre-register for this free event so you can submit your questions ahead of time. 

Join us in Mahwah, NJ on January 13, 15, and 18 for a comprehensive Wilderness First Aid Certification Course designed to address the unique challenges and situations you may encounter on our Northeast trails. This course is ideal for trail runners, hikers, outdoor enthusiasts, and backcountry adventurers. You will receive hands-on training in wilderness first aid techniques, including how to assess and manage injuries, illnesses, and emergencies in remote environments. In addition to wilderness first aid, you'll also earn CPR and AED certifications, equipping you with life-saving skills.
