Wild Goose Ringwood Course Preview - 5.5 Miler

Join us at 9am on Sunday August 2nd at Ringwood State Park for a preview run on the 2026 Wild Goose course! We'll meet at Shepherd Lake Day Use Area and do the 5.5M Blue loop together. There will no doubt be folks who want to stick around afterward to do the other two loops, so you'll have the opportunity to buddy up with other runners if you want to do more miles! Please bring everything you'll need for the run (water, snacks, bugspray, sunscreen etc) and know that there is a $10 fee (CASH ONLY!) to park at Shepherd Lake, where we will be meeting.
