Empower yourself on the trails! This self-defense course is designed for women and any other individuals who have felt unsafe on the trails. This hands-on, practical course will equip you with essential safety skills while enjoying the outdoors. Led by experienced self-defense instructors, we’ll cover techniques to increase your awareness, build confidence, and effectively respond to various situations that you may encounter on the trails. The course will be from 2:30pm-4:30pm at SOMA MVMT in Maplewood, NJ.
