About the event
We are “hosting” the 10 Days of 10K’s on July 14th at the South Mountain Reservation! Our 5K course will be marked and we'll be leading the group at 6:30am. The course markers will be up until Wednesday morning so you can get out there anytime on Tuesday.
10 Days of 10Ks is a 100% fundraiser for MEND, a hunger relief network of 23 food pantries, plus mobile markets, plus home deliveries – all serving Essex County. MENDs focus is on bringing fresh, healthy food to its clients, in addition to shelf stable staples. The 10 Days of 10Ks are not races! They are a series of group runs hosted by different fitness organizations in Essex County, NJ. It’s a “free” event with a suggested minimum donation of $10.
