Squatch Ahead Project

The Squatch Ahead Project is our program to support one community member (specifically prioritizing newbies, BIPOC, women, trans, nonbinary, and queer athletes) to train for and complete the Squatchy Leftovers Trail Party on November 28, 2026!

Meet the Team

Together with our squatchtastic partners, we are providing the entry and the support; this is the ultimate dream team!

how to apply

Ready to take the trail ahead? Applications for the Squatch Ahead Project are officially open from July 3 through July 25. Our Squatchy Council will review every story, and the chosen grantee will be announced on August 1. We know everyone's journey is unique, so please note that while this entire support system is fully available to you, you are not required to use every single partner service offered; you can mix and match the support pieces that best fit your personal goals and comfort level.
