Join us on Sunday October 23, 2022 for our Intro to Trail Running Clinic! We'll meet at 8am at Sneaker Factory in Millburn, NJ first to chat all things trail-running-101. We'll talk about local trail spots, footwear, how to read trail blazes and basic safety out on the trails. We'll then head over to the South Mountain Reservation Locust Grove Trailhead for a no-drop out and back trail run to Hemlock Waterfall that will be a total of 5 miles.
