Trails + Ice Cream

What could be better than ice cream and trails?! Join us at 6pm on Wednesday August 14th at the West Essex Trail in Verona, NJ. This is a no-drop event - all paces of runners are welcome. We'll do an out and back run on the West Essex Trail and then get ice cream at The Towne Scoop. The West Essex Trail is a flat, crushed-gravel trail. The beauty of doing an out-and-back is that you can turn around at anytime. It's 3 miles to the end of the trail, so folks who want to run the entire length can plan on 6 miles round-trip for the out-and-back. Sunset is at 8pm so you will not need a headlamp.
