Bring a “new-to-you” fueling item (plus extra to share). Come and run/hike as many 5K trail loops as you want while sampling a variety of food/beverage items

We are “hosting” the 10 Days of 10K’s on July 16th at the South Mountain Reservation! Our 5K course will be marked and we'll be leading the group at 6:30am. Start/finish at the Turtleback Rock Picnics Area: 374 Walker Rd, West Orange, NJ. The course markers will be up until Wednesday morning so you can get out there anytime on Tuesday. If you’re coming, you’re encouraged to make a donation to MEND NJ.
